We ordered a personalized hoodie with an embroidery of our dog. The embroidery was nowhere near as elaborate as shown in the pictures and left us very disappointed. The socks we ordered were fine. The delivery times were long, but still reasonable. We made a complaint, but were only offered 10% of the purchase value as a voucher, which doesn't suit us at all, because we want to have the purchase of such poor quality either replaced, i.e. an appropriate embroidery or return the sweater free of charge with a full refund. Easy to find info, lots of cool things to choose from

5-12 days to produce………. It’s been a month and still hasn’t shipped. Very disappointed. Have ended up having to get alternate gifts since it’s clear that this order won’t be even close to on time. Wont ever be using this website again. Take your business somewhere else, don’t waste your time or money on Drawmade.

Great quality

Item purchased is not what was sent. Supposed to be a led mirror with a name at the bottom and writing on the top. The item they send is frosted plastic with led strips and a plank of wood that requires assembly. The item was $60 at time of purchase and not worth it.

I love this idea so close to Valentine's Day. It gave me a great idea
