⚠️ Major Warning to Potential Buyers ⚠️ Out of four items I ordered, three arrived faulty. Even worse, when I ordered two of the same product, they sent me mismatched versions—completely different in design and quality. When I reached out for support, they refused to take responsibility and only offered store credit instead of replacing the defective items or issuing a proper refund. This is by far the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing.

The quality was really bad. On the internet the personalized gift looked great and in reality it was horrible. I payed 50 Euros and it is impossible the receive the money back (shipment cost from China and personalized gift). I will not buy anything from this company in future.

Order was easy to place only ordered one.Because I want to check the quality before I indulged.In additional purchases.
