My experience with Draft2Digital was terrible. After investing time and energy in publishing original and complete books, my account was suddenly closed with the vague accusation of “low-content” and “mass-produced material,” without providing concrete examples, evidence, or the opportunity for clarification. It was an arbitrary, disproportionate, and unprofessional decision. From a practical point of view, the results obtained through this platform were practically nil: minimal visibility, non-existent sales, and no real added value compared to other self-publishing solutions. In hindsight, the time spent on Draft2Digital was simply wasted. Support is not transparent, decisions are unilateral, and authors have no real protection. In light of this experience, I can only strongly advise against this platform to anyone who values their work and their time. My advice to potential users: avoid Draft2Digital and look for more serious, transparent services that respect authors.

The worst self publishing platform. They can wake up and just permanently terminate your account and claim that your book was low content book. If a book title did not comply, then simply tell the author to withdraw the book. Not to close down the account as if there has been an evil person there jealous or envious of your publishing

BEWARE OF D2D Ive been with D2D since 2014/15. Yesterday, 12th Dec'25 D2D sent a random email saying my account is permanently probated or shut down after some bot audit, with no specifics given. Ive never uploadef low content or mass produced books. Infact Ive not published a book for a long while. D2D need to be investigated for CRIMINAL ACTIVITY. Coincidence, near Xmas this happens? They are reaping author royalties. Customer service is terrible, ignorant people not dealing but cut/paste repetitive answers, brainless bunch. Gone to the dogs since merger. Need to be shut down/taken to Court!!!

I published a nursing textbook through their service and they permabanned my account stating I violated their terms of service. They said I made a "low content book" and they would not accept that. If a textbook with over 500 references is a low content book, they are on something. There is also poor customer service. Don't use them! I suspect from seeing others comments I will not see my royalties but whatever! It is worth it to not deal with this company again.

Hello friends, I've been using D2D for more than a year, and I've recently had an unusual problem with it. Without giving any explanation or reason, they will simply spell out all my printed books. Just keep the ebooks. This happened in the best season of sales: December 2025. Previously, there were small problems, they claimed more books, a year that seems to have been too many. (???) I wrote books of history, biographies and some historical romances, and I have around 100 books, which I published in the Authors Club, where I never had any problems. In Draft2 I am impressed that a nervous person is the one who decides what will happen as the writers. First, for more than seven months, I am prohibited from posting more than one book per day. Tudo bem, obey the order. Eu achei que tava tudo bem, mas agora, sin nenhum notice, deletou ALL my printed books. Friends, we are in front of a little Hitler...
