Draft2DigitalReviews of draft2digital.com

D2D is a fantastic alternative for indie authors. I have a fair number of books with them. Their platform is easy to use and I love the fact that they will even format the book, AND, let you download it for free to use elsewhere. I live outside the States, and yes, I had to submit the needed forms and it was annoying but understandable. They gave me plenty of time to do it. I love having a lot of platforms to sell my books. Highly recommended.

It's a great distributor. It allows me to sell books on platforms that I can't directly upload to because of regional restrictions, such as Apple Books and Barnes and Noble. I've been with them for over three years and never had any issues. Their support is great.

I’ve been really pleased with the service offered to me by Draft2Digital. They help me publish on many vendors I either can’t access because of my location, or choose not to go direct with because it’s easier to do it through D2D. They’ve always been helpful and responsive. And notify me of all upcoming promotions that might suit my work.

Having recently had my rights returned on my books, I found Draft2Digital and decided to try them. I'm surprised by the bad reviews I have seen here, as I have found them to be nothing but helpful. Their platform is incredibly easy to use and makes the whole process so easy, both ebook and in print. I have also recently helped another author get his books back into circulation through Draft2Digital and this process has also been incredibly easy by simply getting him to add me as an admin on his account. All his financial information is kept private while I can do everything for him with regards to getting his books formatted and issued. I'm so glad I found Draft2Digital.

I had a great experience with customer service! My book wouldn’t upload as I didn’t capitalize part of the title silly mistake I know, but I couldn’t figure out how to edit the mistake. Call Anthony I believe and he walked me right through the steps

I'm surprisingly happy with Draft2Digital. Their technical solution is excellent, their system works as expected, and their support is quick and to the point, in my experience.

I've never received any royalties from these people, and after 5 years they claim I never gave them the right tax information. They then threaten to send all my owed royalties to the government. So they DID owe me all those years and never tried to communicate with me. They instead threaten to cancel my account. When I tried to reach them, they never replied. Would I recommend them––NO WAY!!!

Excellent for newbie selfpublished authors. Just make sure to know basic rules for writing/editing. Get Grammarly and keep learning
