Seeing the bad reviews are all coming from authors who used to be from Smashwords, I can't help but think they may just be inconvenient with the transfer. For those still experiencing problems with the platform, sort your emotions first. It's hard to be logical when you are also emotional. I am from the Philippines. There was never a time that I felt them being racist against me. I have also encountered some minor inconveniences with the platform, which I think is normal, but the support staff that I talked with was polite and my issue has been resolved promptly.

This was my first print book and I have to say that I found it confusing. Despite this staff were attentive to my struggles and helped me put together a book I am proud of. Thank you D2D Raymond Cross

I have several books (print and ebooks) with D2D and have had no issues. Their customer service is excellent whenever I have a question. Like all distributors, they pay out royalties when a certain threshold is met to lower their costs; I don't have a problem with that. Promotions are easy to schedule and their FAQs are very good.

Simply the best publishing service for indie authors out there, starting with customer services, royalties distribution, updates and simplicity when publishing. I would give them 100 starts if were there.

I've had a very positive experience using Draft2Digital. I got into a bit of an issue with Neilsen the ISBN company, and Amazon. Eda, the customer support person at Draft2Digital, went the extra mile to get things sorted. As for setting up books on the platform, I found it pretty straightforward. Before believing the bad reviews on here, it might be worth bearing in mind how many people use the platform happily.

I find draft2digital a huge timesaver it is definitely worth it.

I had issues setting up my account and I couldn't have found the support team more helpful. They answered my initial email within a couple of hours and sorted it all out. Painless and simple, infinitely better support than I've had from other platforms.

I have had my Draft2Digital account for almost a decade. I have published dozens of books without issue, and they have even gone out of their way to help me fix problems caused by Barnes & Noble. I have never had an issue reaching customer service, or having any questions answered.
