My experience has been amazing, and I would definitely recommend using Doxy.me to my Clinical team.

Most of the time the video and audio work very well, and they are very clear. Logging in is very easy.

The quality of the app. The fact that it is the closest encounter to the real thing, and most of all the confidentiality aspect of the app.

Doxy trumps Zoom any day. Doxy simply works for clients almost all of the times that they click in. It makes inviting folks to sessions easy for me and the clients.

I like using the doxy.me telehealth platform for several reasons. It's super-easy to use, it's no-cost (the version I use), the sound and visual is good, if there IS a freeze-up, it's very quick and easy to reset and carry on with session. There is a history of my sessions in date order, with start and end times. We have a BAA, so it is HIPAA-compliant. It works well for me. And it's simple for clients too.

It is wonderful! Very reliable.

Very easy to use this platform. Occasional issues with sound if a call comes in. Maybe place phone on do not disturb. Good quality video and audio.
