Excellent platform: reliable and easy to use for me and for patients.

ABout 95% of the time connection is good. I love that they text when someone checks in - allows me to NOT keep checking my phone if I'm not in front of my computer. I can use the same link with every client without worrying that someone else can bounce into the session, and without having to 'admit' people as on zoom.

The people at Doxy seem dedicated to keeping up with technology and ask for feedback when things might not be smooth and I find that they are fixed in a timely manner. Thank you for sharing your gift!

Doxy provides a great platform with security to provide care to my clients. It is also extremely reliable.

Yesterday a patient appeared in the virtual waiting room one hour early. It was easy to use the chat feature to reschedule quickly, taking only a few seconds from the session in progress that was wrapping up anyway. Doxy.me is user-friendly for patients on any phone or computer, with no downloads or codes. I can see who's in the waiting room. If I can't reply in real time, and can reach them later since I've seen that they had a problem.
