it is easy to use. people easly can join. however, sometimes when someone speaking the voice of other is muted. Or if there is a background noise, you can not hear the patient because the system muted them.

Really easy to use, mostly with no glitches. Reliability is important, and I've found Doxy to be pretty reliable. Also like the choice of video, or voice only.

The platform is good except it freezes quite a bit.

There have been difficulties with many clients who cannot hear me and/or see me at the beginning of some sessions. I am in a rural area, so not sure how much of it is the lower quality broadband and how much is the Doxy program.

Doxy is very easy to use and a great platform. I only have problem with the sound quality. For the first few minutes of most interactions the guest says my sound is too distorted to understand. This is often helped by signing in and out again or waiting the few minutes but either way it's disruptive. Thank you for this wonderfully easy video platform!

The free version provides the basics to get started in offering telehealth. It does a decent job. Sometimes though there are reliability issues with sound and connection quality that can be difficult for users to trouble shoot during an appointment. I would still recommend to a colleague nonetheless.

Doxy generally good despite periodic problems with a stable connection.
