My wife and I went to Down Under Endeavors for help planning our honeymoon to Australia and New Zealand. We were happy with the plan of our trip, but were told that one of the benefits of going with Down Under Endeavors was their partnerships with vendors and wholesale prices. We were disappointed with the costing results of our travel plan, and instead booked our honeymoon ourselves, and were able to save upwards of $1,000. This was not an experience I would repeat.

I had the pleasure of working with Ellen and everything was great throughout the entire process. She gave great recommendations, made up a travel plan for us with every detail, and was very informative and communicative. I appreciated being kept in the loop at all times and her prompt responses to questions, as well as willingness to chat with me on the phone about any concerns. The trip itself went (almost) perfectly due to some weather issues, but since we had that snag in our plan, it was wonderful having a contact in New Zealand that was able to help us out and make new arrangements for us. Otherwise, every excursion, transport, etc was right on time and waiting for us. Very smooth process throughout the trip. We enjoyed every accommodation, excursion, and restaurant recommended for us. Every person that I interacted with associated with this company was fantastic, friendly, and very helpful. Would definitely recommend and plan to use them again in the future. Ellen crafted the most incredible honeymoon for us! Being able to wake up, check what supplies we needed to bring with us for the day, and head out the door knowing we were going to experience something amazing was such a treat. I've already recommended her to friends and coworkers because so many people were impressed with our experiences. I would absolutely use her again to plan another trip of a lifetime for us!
