Very unhappy with this service
Very unhappy with this service. Do not pay for this it it not worth the fee. I paid my $350 fee a month ago and I still don’t have an itinerary. All the travel manager has done was meet with me once 1/2 hour phone call and sent me links. Sorry I paid for this.

Hi Monica, Unfortunately, you wrote this review before reaching out to us first. In fact, we were unaware of any issues until we saw this posted. As explained during our initial calls, we fully customize all of our trips. We take the time to listen to our clients to get a feel for what they want to see and do and really try to get to know them personally. We don’t do cookie-cutter itineraries. A day by day is the initial way we start the process before moving into the second phase of planning, the quote stage. We regret that you felt frustrated but feel that had this been communicated to us, it would have been addressed and resolved, without any need for this review. After our initial conversation on April 16th, you were provided with a time frame of one week to receive your day by day, which was delivered to you on time. There was a bit of back and forth on email exchange throughout the following week, as we reviewed your feedback. On April 27th, we asked if you wanted to jump on a call to clarify things and narrow down options but received no response from you in regards to this email. On April 30th, you sent an email asking about the cost of the trip, in which we promptly replied that if you were happy with the latest day by day, we would provide a quote once your consultant returned from holiday the following week. We did not receive a response from you regarding this email and the only contact we had from you after April 30th was after you posted the review. We feel very confident in the level of service you received and hope you agree that this was a miscommunication at the end of the day. We wish best of luck on your future travels.
