I really like the the app. I used it a lot more during lockdown, and probably less now that I can go back to classes, but it’s perfect if you want to fit in a practice at home. I like the music and the way it can be amended to your preference.

I have been enjoying Down Dog for the last 2 months, Love the options for flow, music, voice, time and speed. I've really felt my progress come on since using it. I've also felt well challenged. Although I feel there are many more poses we could be doing. We often do the same pose twice in a 40 min class. I would love to see more variety of poses
