Beste klant, Hartelijk dank dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw ervaring met ons te delen. Het spijt ons enorm om te horen dat uw stoel binnen een jaar beschadigd is geraakt en dat u ondanks meerdere pogingen nog steeds geen passende oplossing heeft ontvangen. Dat is absoluut niet de service waar wij voor staan. Is het probleem inmiddels opgelost?
