DowinxReviews of dowinx.com

Honestly so easy to access and really friendly support. Thank you so much for actually having great people working on your team!

Very good shoop and customer service quality gaming shop 100 % recomendable

A quality product with quick delivery, with great customer service ad a thoughtful exchange. Even though there was an issue with my chair being too low, we came to a solution that I'm happy with.

I had som missing parts to my gaming chair and they helped me out and sent me the piece for it

It took a while before DPD received the package, this is why i reached out to Dowijx. First they seemed to give a very generic answer not answering my question. After that they finally did answer it correctly. The 5 stars is mostly for the chair. Its very comfortable, had clear instructions how to assemble. So in general customer service could be refined a bit but the chair is very good so far.

Ordered a gaming chair for our son Was a bit sceptical of the quality and also whether the company were even genuine The chair turned up very quickly The quality is absolutely amazing They even added a usb massager, which wasn’t even in the description Highly recommend this company and their superb chairs
