Quick, simplistic, and organized
Overall a very easy to use app/system to get information from all 3 credit bureaus and dispute inaccurate information all in one app. Normally you need to dispute directly with each bureau but they have designed a simplified system to get all 3 together. Any disputes that you do are nicely organized on their own tab and separated by active and complete with an organized by date history. Upon completion of any disputes, the dispute response letter is attached to each individual dispute. I only have 3 “complaints” with this system and I wouldn’t even call them complaints. 1. Only 3 will be sent at a time, but they do tell you that ahead of time and they also state that they have found sending 3 at a time is the “magic number” to the highest success rate for disputes made. 2. Though they do attach the response letter to each individual dispute, they don’t always show up very clearly and appears to be missing some of the information that should be contained in it. This has some similarities to most disputes, so I can’t help but wonder where this issue falls as it is entirely possible this is an issue with the bureau itself with how it is transmitted electronically. 3. I have noticed when a dispute is sent they don’t get sent to all three bureaus at the same time and some don’t get sent to all three before they are closed. I don’t understand this quite yet and I’m sure there is a reason for this, but I haven’t been able to pinpoint that as of yet. Overall I would say this is a great system as a whole and every system has its own unique strengths and weaknesses. They appear to get disputes settled and updated quickly with a good success rate.
