Unfortunately, your score was impacted by other factors beyond our control, including: - High balances on your accounts compared to loan amounts (i.e. high utilization) - Recently opened accounts affecting your credit age While we are proud of the results we've achieved, we’re not magicians. After investigating, we found that there seems to be some confusion. Our system updates reports weekly, so an immediate score drop is not possible. Additionally, it appears you are on our free plan and have never been charged. It also looks like the score change might relate to your husband's report, where a new negative tradeline was ADDED. This type of change is beyond our control, as Dovly would never harm your score intentionally. We truly want to assist you and believe we can help improve your credit situation.
