UPDATE!!! You can read my original review below. I’ve been slow to update this but the next day after posting my original text a representative from Dovly called me directly. Her name was Marnie. I was unable to take the call at the time and she tried again for two more days in a row, never giving up on me. Marnie spoke clearly in her voicemails and when she couldn’t reach me there she went to text and email with instructions to on how to fix my issue. On the fourth day I finally had time to reach out and call back. She explained what was happening and was able to reset things in motion for me. Once I made it past these few security pages I was able to see exactly what the culprit was that is destroying my credit. Dovly makes seeing your whole credit history easy and you can go into more detail within each credit line. It also gives you tips on how to combat the issues you may see. THEN you can choose to use their AI feature which supposedly increases your credit score. I haven’t tried this yet because I’m personally taking care of my school loan first. I’m sure I’ll be back to talk about that. ORIGINAL: I was told my trans union account was about to be put into a “velocity hold” because I had “tried too many times” and to try again in 30 days. I signed up once and pressed the confirm button once, I don’t understand how I could have tried anything too many times. This is my first time trying the app, que pasa?

My credit score increased 105 points within a week of using this app. I paid for the yearly $100 membership, it is absolutely worth it. I was able to have collections and negative accounts removed that kikoff was not able to remove after multiple tries, just like that. Highly recommended! Life saver! Game changer!
Response from Dovly AIApr 8, 2025

We’re here whenever you need us, and appreciate you spreading the word!
