I bought Fadogia Agrestis, Tongkat Ali, and Turkesterone, and it did zero for my Testosterone, no libido improved. Nothing. Well it gave me some headaches also had to pay customs fees. All because of Huberman, advertised these products, and I thought he was legit. End of the day he was just on the payroll.

This company is not organised with Customs codes for International Shipping. Also no response to emails or phone calls for help.

They sent the package to my former address when they had already sent me packages to my new address. When I informed them by email with screenshots of the former tracking and the new tracking showing the different addresses they claimed that they had sent them both to the same address. When I showed them that it was untrue, they then said it must have been my paypal address. I have never authorized any seller to use my paypal address which in this case also had the correct address.

I was a customer of yours, I am not anymore after seeing other recent reviews on Amazon UK about the quality of the Quercetin product being drastically lowered. Read below again, as your reply shows you didn't read what I typed. I had been buying Quercetin from Double Wood Supplements Amazon UK store. It was initially very good quality, and more than double the strength of their competitors. Although the price was double too, I thought that due to being double the strength, and the product being good quality when it arived, I would keep buying it. I've just been on Amazon, and checked the most recent reviews, I can see that more than one customer is complaining about the quality of the product having deteriorated. The bottle is smaller, the print on the bottle is weaker, the capsules are smaller, the powder in the capsules are no longer the vivid green they were on the old product, it's now a lot more pale, and there's less powder too. One reviewer put an image on their review comparing the old product to the new (since they had some of the old product left) and the image tells a thousand words. There's no denying it. The reviewer even said they had tasted the old product and the new product, the old product tastes as it should, the new product tastes like flour. They concluded the product is bad quality, and no longer worth the premium price. The image clearly shows this without even taking the taste the reviewer said into consideration. Double Wood Supplements, have lost my repeat business, they have lost any potential extra business I'd have probably given them, as I'm the type of customer to buy lots of different supplements. I have a cupboard with over 20 different products in it. Cutting corners on a premium priced product is a very silly move. When paying more money than average, more attention to detail is paid, as inevitably the customer has to justify to themselves, on why they spent the extra money.

I ordered my supplements back on June 15th. It’s now July 5th and not a single update on what is going on with it. I’ve reached out several times and had no response. As someone who was recommend to this brand/site I’m very disappointed with the customer service and poor information on where my package should be.

When I first ordered, my supplements, I received an mail stating that I would receive them June 16, 2023…. because I had also requested my shipment be made through FedEx so that I can receive them quicker. I then received an email stating that my shipment was delayed, and I would not receive it until June 19, 2023. At that time I called to request my FedEx delivery payment refunded I was told I would be receiving it; I have not received the refund as of today, June 19, 2023. Now it “seems” that I may not receive my supplements again today. If I do not receive my supplements by the end of today, I will be disputing the charges on my credit card, and I will be turning your company into the BBB website. As a first time buyer to your organization, I will not be back. The fact that you don’t even know your shipping standards, your customer base, or who you were actually dealing with you’re rolling the dice of losing quite a bit of business. My daughter is an attorney that works in corporate fraud, and you seem to be dangling on that line. I strongly suggest you do some re-organization within your corporate management because you’re getting really close to getting your books combed through.

After taking tongkat ali from doublewood my testosterone went down and not up. I eat clean diet, do jiu-jitsu and they help to increase testosterone and they did. However I wanted to get them further up in the mid range so I added tongkat ali from doublewood and got only side effects. Zero stars.

I purchased the Theacrine, hoping it would help me with energy and mental clarity. I tried it when I first received it but experienced no result whatsoever. I tried it again today and it made me feel as though I took a tranquilizer! Very disappointing and a waste of money.
