I did two capsules of Phenibut and polished off the Pinot Gris with some friends. The Phenibut and wine put me in a very social mood. I went to bed around 1PM as we had plans the next morning to watch the sunrise from the beach at 5AM. I was a little irritated to wake up at about 3AM despite taking some additional Ashwagandha to relax before bed - I was VERY relaxed - drinking alcohol often wakes me up in the middle of the night.
