I love my dōTERRA oils - so much support from the community and always great customer service. At Christmas my order was left outside my house by Royal Mail but disappeared - I rang customer service and they dispatched a replacement the same day express delivery which arrived on the 23rd December. Beautiful people beautiful products ❤️

Having used essentials oils for 20 odd years I am really impressed with the quality and purity of these products from this company. They have taken my experience and usage to a new level. In a world where its so difficult to speak to an actual person over the phone within a company, I found the customer service to be really friendly and helpful. They have a replaced goods and helped me with issues promptly. Very happy customer.

Fantastic service and a quality product. I have been using doTERRA oils for almost 5 years and have found them life-changing in so many ways (with blood tests to back this up). The customer service experience has always been great (I’m in the UK) and am surprised by these negative reviews, it has been the complete opposite experience for me. If you want to buy from a company that truly cares about the world and is motivated by supporting farmers, putting money into clinical trials and supplying great quality oils then please find yourself a wellness advocate that truly shares these same values. For the reviews that talk about safety, doTERRA offers a free online essential oil safety course so you can learn how to use the oils safely.

Ja, ich war auch zu Beginn etwas skeptisch gegenüber DoTerra, auch weil viele erzählen der Kundendienst wäre so furchbar. Das kann ich garnicht nachvollziehen. Immer, wenn ich mit dem Kundendienst telefoniert habe, waren sie hilfsbereit und konnten mir immer helfen. Auch meine Kundenberaterin hilft, wo sie kann. Die Produkte von DoTerra sind meiner Meinung nach sehr gut. Man muss für sich eben entscheiden, wie man sie nutzen möchte und genau auf den Körper achten, ob man sie gut veträgt usw.

Ich bin von den Ölen total positiv überzeugt. Ich nehme die öle seit über einem Jahr und die Flaschen waren immer voll. Sollte es Probleme geben, kann man sich jederzeit an den Kundenservice oder an seinen Berater wenden und da gibt es alle Informationen
