Ich bin seit 4 Jahren dōTerra Kunde und bin von den Produkten begeistert. Ich bin in einem tollen Team gelandet, wo auf alle meine Fragen eingegangen wird. Was Kundenservice angeht - ich habe noch nie so schnell einen Kundendienst erreicht, wie bei dōTerra und dazu sind die noch SEHR kulant.

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen über die Firma nicht nachvollziehen. Der Kundenservice ist in keinster Weise schlecht. Mir wurde bisher IMMER fix geantwortet und auch telefonisch wurde mein Problem sofort unkompliziert gelöst. Mein Diffuser hatte nach 8 Wochen ein Kontaktproblem. Mir wurde noch am Telefon eine Email mit den Versandinfos eines Ersatzgerätes rausgeschickt der 2 Tage später vor meiner Haustüre stand. Die Öle sind mit das Beste wofür ich die letzte Zeit Geld ausgeben habe, unsere ganze Famile profitiert davon und wir haben ein AHA-Erlebnis nach dem anderen. Ich bin froh auf diese Firma aufmerksam geworden zu sein. Schade dass unnötige schlechte Bewertungen unsichere Kunden noch mehr verunsichert. Das ist nicht fair.

I have been using dōTERRAs oils for 2-3 years and have been a WA for nearly a year. I absolutely love the purity of the oils, I absolutely love the community, and I absolutely love the business model. It truly is a journey of self discovery and healing 💞 I am so thankful.

Genuinely amazing products and support. Used successfully for various ailments. Have since changed to chemical free cleaning around the house, therefore reducing inflammation in my body. I can't recommend doTerra enough. Much better quality then anything else I've tried previously, plus part of a supportive community.

Beautiful, pure essential oils. The perfect accompaniment to my aromatherapy course. The most supportive community and excellent resources available to guide in use. I’m also now looking at the business side, which looks to offer an excellent opportunity to earn flexibly and places value and money where it belongs (with the on-the-ground advocates) rather than with faceless executives.
