I was contacted by Dave from doTerra and arranged a zoom meeting to talk about the business. The day of the meeting I asked if I could cancel and was asked why. I told him my uncle was really ill and didn’t have long left so I wasn’t in the right mind frame. He Instantly tried to book me in for another session the next week. I kindly declined to which he gave me some other available dates- to which I declined again. When I received a confirmation email of my zoom cancellation and reason it read; “Not interested in learning more about the powerful healing properties of essential oils and generating an income.” Thanks Dave.

Bought 2 petal diffusers both gone faulty within matter of a month where buttons wont work intermittantly, have to be left off for long period of time to work again, spoken to customer service and they want it back before send replacement out but this is impossible without having another (for health reasons) but they wont replace before looking at old one

Ho fatto solo un'acquisto di tre oli essenziali per una spesa di circa 90 euro, sinceramente sono rimasto un pò deluso. Mi aspettavo che profumassero mooolto vista la cifra spesa, ma aimè non è così. Mix essenze PURIFY mi ha deluso tantissimo dovrebbe sentire di agrumi ma puzza terribilmente di cimice. Mix essenze BALANCE dovrebbe sentire di profumi di bosco, legnoso, di pino....il profumo c'è ma nel diffusore 400ml metto 10/15 gocce ma nell'ambiente non si sente nulla. Essenza PATCHOULI è l'unica che si sente nell'ambiente.

Un teatrino di casalinghe senza arte né parte che consigliano di prendere oli essenziali (per altro non biologici) per via orale. La professionalità delle rappresentanti è pari a 0, la qualità del prodotto dubbia, il costo elevato. Ergo, rivolgetevi a realtà più professionali, quali erboristi ed affini.

I was due to join a group to find out about Do terra. After messaging Niel to say I didn't join as had doubts his reply was 'ha ha' very professional. He then blocked me before I could reply.. Definitely not a company I'd like to work for and if that's how they respond to people they are trying to recruit.. My guess is its a scam

I ordered two weeks ago and money are taken from my account, but I haven’t received anything. Only possible to contact the company via e-mail, and the ‘automatic’ reply I get is that order has shipped?? I do not recommend this company

Not only are the products massively overpriced but please also note that this is a pyramid scheme. I was convinced to sign up but changed my mind within hours of signing up so contacted them. I was told that it was too late (less than 3 hours had passed!!) and my parcel had already been dispatched. The parcel was delivered a few days later despite me repeatedly telling them that I wasn’t interested. I now had to pay for the parcel to be returned and wait for a refund. Funny enough they weren’t nearly as quick to refund the money as they were to process an incoming order. Stay away from this American company. If you want good quality oils, go for a reputable UK supplier that provide customer service.
