After being employed by doTERRA International I can give insider review about quality of doTERRA products, services, and company culture that is no longer reflects Christian traditions where company become radical in terms of promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion on top of fanatic display of critical race theory. I feel that doTERRA no longer represents Utah Christian values and become one of the most radical companies I've ever worked for where Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion has its own department that is pushing LGBTQ ideas on all of their employees. DoTERRA HR consist of lunatics that push LGBTQ, critical race theory, diversity/equity/inclusion on all of their employees and if you ignore them, they will kick you out of the company. As for doTERRA products and after using their products for years, I personally realized that all of their product quality is NOT what they advertising on top of being unreasonably expensive and overpriced by comparing to any competitions. DoTERRA online technologies are completely 15-20 years outdated, have pretty much zero security, and an extremely poor quality. After learning about their security, I would never trust doTERRA with my personal information and especially my credit cards that literally can be hacked at any given point. I never created or shopped for doTERRA products online due to that security risk and neither should you!

Negativ: Bei Verkaufsveranstaltungen werden andere Hersteller ätherischer Öle verunglimpft. Deutsche und europäische Bio-Siegel werden als wertlos bezeichnet, dafür das von doterra sich selbst erstellte Siegel als das einzig Wahre deklariert. Verbraucher*innen werden in diesen Verkaufsveranstaltungen in höchstem Maße verunsichert. Zur chemischen Qualität kann man einfach keine seriöse Aussage machen, da doterra sich keiner Kontrollinstanz (anerkannte und unabhängige Biozertifikate) unterwirft. Die Preise sind stark überhöht, da beim Direktvertrieb auf dem Sofa halt viele Instanzen dran verdienen wollen/müssen. Orale Einnahme wird ungefiltert empfohlen (Hinweis: In Deutschland dürfen nur Ärtze*innen und Heilpraktiker*innen orale Einnahme empfehlen/verordnen! Obacht!). Positiv: Die Raumdüfte sind gut abgestimmt. Fazit: Überteuert, Qualität nicht für Verbraucher*innen überprüfbar - leider nicht mehr als ein Stern, den gibt’s für die Raumdüfte.

Zudem aufgepasst sie handeln nach Amerikanischen Recht, da steht man in Deutschland dumm da. Nie wieder da könnten die Öle Gold sein. Kundenservice absolut unmöglich, frech und nicht hilfsbereit.

Lieferung kam nicht an, obwohl DPD angeblich geliefert hat, was definitiv nicht stimmt. Der Kundenservice reagiert auf keine Mail und ist telefonisch nicht zu erreichen. Hier ist vorsichtig angeraten!!!! Nachtrag: Kundenservice hat sich nach 4 Wochen gemeldet. Die Mitarbeiterinn war dann sehr freundlich, hat sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt und es soll nun eine kostenfreie Ersatzlieferung geschickt werden.
