dōTERRA ist übelst toll, die Öle die Produkte....ich möchte nicht mehr ohne sein. Aber der Kundenservice ist für mich das unfähigste nicht serviceorientierte "Ding" was ich seit langem erlebt habe. Soetwas von überheblich, arrogant und frech das ich so enttäuscht war. Nee also mor fehlen die Worte. Da brauchen wir uns nicht wundern wenn die Kunden keinen Kontakt mehr haben möchten.

This is a trap. I trusted a person who agitated me to create an account telling "You will get bonuses for orders, bla-bla". What I didn't know is that it's impossible to get out of it! They do everything to block your exit from the system! Also, if you are in a Loyalty program, they will charge you automatically every month. Even if you don't want to buy anything. All those 'details' were never mentioned by a consultant. Dear all, there are so many oils brands, please protect yourself from interacting with this company.

Die Öle sind augenscheinlich von guter Qualität. Allerdings ist der Internetshop extrem schlecht und auch der Kundenservice. Es fehlen manchmal Artikel bei Lieferungen und zuletzt habe ich z. B. nach Zahlung die Mitteilung bekommen, dass meine Bestellung einfach so storniert wurde, aber dazu bekam ich nicht einmal eine Mitteilung. Zuvor hatte ich beim Kundenservice angefragt, warum die Bestellung im Account nicht ersichtlich ist, darauf bekam ich die Antwort, dass laufende Bestellungen nicht ersichtlich seien, was regelrecht ein Witz ist! Also wer zwar gute Öle möchte aber sich ständig über den schlechten Service ärgern kann, weil fast kein Servicemitarbeiter richtig geschult ist, darf hier gerne bestellen!

I suspect this is some kind of pyramid scheme, given that the founders of DoTerra are the Mormon church in Utah, the DoTerra advocates enticing people on instagram seem reluctant to mention that. There’s an air of desperation if you mention this on social media, you get jumped on by other church members, trying to shut your opinion down. The potty-mouthed promoter of their scheme, ‘ginger Kate’ deletes comments and unleashes a tirade of insults to anyone who doesn’t bow to the façade. My eyes were opened and my shopping basket was now empty. Thanks to reviews, I was saved from what could have been a costly mistake.

Po kilku latach zdecedowałam sie ze likwiduje swoje konto i całkowicie odłączam się od tego systemu.

doTerra has good products but the marketing proces is really horrible, really I pay 300euros for 50ml of oils and you are getting 18 euros for the profile reactually station? And 9euros for the shipping? Are you serious? And doTerra's site is a really lottery you have to complete 10 Times the cart 🛒 to do it like you want. The payment proces is horrible I completed the card data clicked on pay but the site given me the bank transfer, without any notification of unsuccessful payment... PS doTerra lost 2 clients today!!!!!!!!!
