I ordered the wrong size for my item, but after sending an email to customer support DormCo graciously edited my order! Great experience!

I was devastated to receive the trunk that I ordered damaged. The trunk was beautiful and as shown on the website however, all items I purchased were shipped inside of the Storage trunk and the lock was broken upon arrival to my home as a result of this. Unfortunately, my son left for college the following day and I had no time to make any adjustments.

Delivery was as expected. My daughter loves the color and quality of the headboard.

My package arrived faster than I expected. Only giving 4 stars because I still have to put it together when I get to university. Will up date after.

The item was exactly as described and was just what we needed. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast! Thank you!

Great love it

Everything was better than expected, especially for the price. I was expecting a little lesser of quality since I was going with a cheaper product. But, that was not the case on anything. Everything was of the top quality at the cheapest price. Unbelievable
