DormCoReviews of dormco.com

Impossible to return large items like headboards, etc- the shipping fee to return is twice the costs of the headboards . The company offers no help-What a waste of money. Headboards were cheap and flimsy too.

awful return policy!!! i paid as much to return the order as i purchased it for and now they can resell. AWFUL EXPERIENCE; DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Customer service was no help and the websites messaging system is awful

Difficulty with returning - no shipping label, and we have to pay full price for returning items; the quality is mediocre.

The product I received had poor quality and came damaged. When you screw the areas together it broke apart. If we didn't need it immediately I would have sent it back.

Received three crinkle bedskirt pieces not crinkled like photo and one had bug smashed into fabric

Buyer Beware! If I could give this company a negative star rating I would. I ordered a headboard based on the delivery information listed on the company’s website. After placing the order, I was informed the shipping cost would nearly equal the price of the product in order to receive it in the promised timeframe which was 3 business days. Customer service offered a minimal discount and refused to take responsibility for the misleading information. I was also told I’d have to pay for return shipping, even though the issue was due to their inaccurate listing. This experience has been extremely disappointing. I won’t be ordering from this company again, and I would caution others to verify all shipping details before purchasing.

The large black shelf liner came broken, but I didn't open the package in time to return.

Item received does not have the hardware to put together. Item had chips on the ends. Items looks like a restock item with damage.
