Love my new desktop book case from Dormco! I ordered it on a Thursday and received it the following Sunday. Super fast! However two of the pieces were cracked🙁. I emailed dormco and they immediately sent out replacements. The project took me less than an hour to put together. The only tool I needed to provide was a hammer. It is very sturdy and looks great!

Within minutes of ordering we requested an address change to my son's dorm rather than home address. Response time was next day but not before order was already shipped out. So we have to pay for another shipping charge to resend to dorm.

It took awhile to receive my order which is fine however the sheet set I ordered was not included even though it was shown listed. I called 2x over 2 days and never did speak to anyone. Finally received an email saying they received the message but no date when I can expect to receive what I already paid for.

I received an organizer for my desk that was pretty badly damaged. I reached out to customer service and was emailed back promptly, and have since received replacement parts for my shelving unit.
