Good product. Very helpful in providing additional storage for a small dorm room. I give it 3 starts because the assembly instructions are NOT clear. It was frustrating to have to figure it out by trial and error. Please improve.

The fabric on the gray side is visible on the red side. Wouldn’t be a problem if my dorm theme is gray but it’s red. :( And the cover isn’t as plush as it looks.

Our shelf arrived with damage in several places - the finish is just chipped off. The box seemed fine, I think the pieces just move around inside the box which causes damage.

Thank you custerers service I have compleated my order

The ordering was easy and my items arrived quickly what is EXTREMELY disappointing is that if you do not like your item and want to return it there is no return shipping label and it costs $150 to mail the items back which is about $25 more than what I paid for it. Quickly products yes but returns and customer service - lakcking!
