I had a similar experience as Tracy K. While on vacation in Florida a sales rep brought my boyfriend and I into the store to test the non-surgical lifting syringe on our eyes. It worked great in the store, no puffiness, lightened around the eyes, no wrinkles (as long as we didn't smile to crinkle the area). We were hesitant to buy but of course there is very high pressure sales and the guy offered it at $150 USD so we bought it. Applying it as directed at night, I not only have none of the results we initially had, but now I actually have MORE FINE LINES and complete crepeiness under my eyes which was never there before! IT ACTUALLY MAKES ME LOOK ALMOST 20+YEARS OLDER!!!! I have been using it for 6 days and I am stopping because this is HORRIBLE! My boyfriend called me today to say he won't use it again as his eyes are red and irritated and he has a chemical burn under one eye! DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!

I bought the eye lift syringe in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and it is a complete scam. The sales rep put some on one of my eyes and the result was amazing. She fed me all kinds of BS, about how the owner is famous, has been on Dr. Oz, blah, blah blah. I bought the syringe because my eyes truly looked great - no puffiness, no dark circles, no wrinkles. My mother-in-law was so impressed we went back and she bought some too. We then got suckered into the free facial, but thank goodness we didn't buy anything else. From reading other reviews it sounds like the sales pitch is the same everywhere - they tell you the online price of the product (which is ridiculous; $10K for an LED light wand and $3.5K for the creams), and in the end offer it to you "at cost" for $1500. The product I came home with does not do what the product in the store did at all. There is almost no difference to my eyes when I apply it, and it actually makes new wrinkles under my eyes that weren't there before. This stuff is a scam, and I'm so mad that I fell for it. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. If I could give it ZERO stars I would. In addition, I have left reviews on other sites, and received a response on BBB. The company stated that the location where I purchased the syringe was not an "official" store. This is another lie - the store was listed on their website under "store locator". However, after I provided a screen shot of this information, the website TOOK DOWN the store locator option!! This is a COMPLETE SCAM!!! This can't even be a real company!

This is the best product on the market it’s a little pricey I usually just get it when it’s on sale but it’s unbelievable can’t go wrong great customer service it so it’s a no brainer

I got the eye lift and the one for the face for my wife, she loving it. She did 3 applications so far and you can tell the different. Good customer service and guidance with Leo, helped us a lot .

The non-surgical lifting serum is amazing. At least once a year they have a sale that makes it more affordable. I stock up then!
