What a rip off scheme!!! Product not worth the price. The salespeople scam you into believing that you could get the dented box price for a cheaper price.. But you have to promise not to tell anyone. Run fast when they approach you in the mall. Paid $130.00 for the 24k eye serum that only temporary works.

I was at the San Diego Coubty Fair and I was forced to buy something. Sales people are ruthless and demanding. After I left that nightmare, not far was another booth! They stopped me telling me that they can show me more items. When I said no she said whatever and walked away. I felt like I was scammed.

Was ambushed by the sales associates in Pembroke Pines Mall. I followed instructions as the man sent me. One week later my whole entire face broke out and became dark. Customer service email does not respond. At this point I don’t want a refund but be warn that products do not work.

This Products are very Expensive and don’t work at all SCAMMERS

My husband has Rosacea and this is the only thing that relieves it. My only concern is that the last jar turned to water! I contacted the company and told them that the warmest my home EVER gets is 74. We live in south Florida. They still insisted that heat was the only thing that would cause it. If I have problems with the new one, it will be the last. Too expensive to have to throw away 1/3 of it.

Spoke with Ester regarding a order mix up and needless to say the customer service experience was AWESOME! They rectified the problem immediately and needless to say I am a happy customer!! The face peeling and moisturizing set along with the beauty bar has helped my skin tremendously I'm forever greatful!
