I have been using DopamineO bands for a few years and I highly recommend using them for improving your fitness. I am a former wrestler and after wrestling I got out of shape, every time I went to the gym it was expensive and boring. I found out about DopamineO and ordered one of their bands. I found the workout to really be a good burn and great for cardio, I felt the same type of cardio as when I would do handfighting in wrestling (trust me, its a good sweat. I have since ordered the full set - all 4 resistances and use them a few times a week. The thing I like about them is no matter where I am, I always can take a Dopa band with me. In the car, travelling abroad or just at home, its just simple to use. The quality of the band and the helpfulness of the company has been awesome. Highly recommend getting some Dopa bands, I really love this piece of fitness equipment.

I was looking for a product exactly like this, I actually started cutting resistance bands in an effort to replicate this very items. This product quality is 1000 Xs that of an basic band, it is solid and while I only have just one yet, the resistance seems right. I can't wait until my next one or when I can get the whole set. Love this piece of kit.

My new favorite training tool. Have used it for the last 4 weeks, consistently, 6 days a week, to supplement my grappling and strength training. My grip strength and endurance have improved during my wrestling and BJJ training sessions. The bands are well-made and sturdy. I have snapped other bands… doubt that will happen here.
