Just some random rubber in a bag for 100$ you can do the same with some cheaper bands at local Walmart - waste of money - great hype videos - I’m not seeing it

I’ve used all different types of rubber bands my entire martial arts career. Though never found a band that was reliable and so strong. Gives you a great workout that will get you breathing pretty quick.
