My 💜 Is So Happy
Recently, I went to their website because of the awesome 420 merchandise, I have yet to purchase anything. But, today I received an email, “ A Note from Dop3Merch's Founder” and with over two and a half decades in customer service, this made my heart so happy. The dedication to their craft, compassionate customer service, and the integrity this company has is wonderful! I can’t wait to start my Christmas shopping!

Has my order gone up, in smoke? 💨
First of all, I LOVE your stuff, however, I ordered, and paid for a pair of Pajamas, with a free tumbler, on 11-02-24, and have yet to receive it, or even a notification, that it has been shipped. This is beginning to worry me, as I have been ripped off, online, in the past. Can you please contact me, and let me know what’s going on, with my purchase? Thank you, in advance. Kelly Smith
