I had an issue with an order. It was solved in a timely manner and to my satisfaction but sadly their premium cotton material runs small. This is a great company with great merchandise and fabulous customer service. It takes awhile to hear from them but I wouldn't hesitate to order gifts from them again. Just remember to size up if you want the cotton version of the clothing.

The web site is very easy to navigate, beautiful full color photos and all. Dop3merch employees send out hilarious email to you like you are hitting the bong and need specific instructions to get your merchandise. Most of us appreciate all the help we can get. However...I ordered two pairs of shoes this time, while the graphics are awesome and look good, sadly they are not as comfortable as they should be for the price.

The items were nice. I think a size up on the cloths I ordered would have been a good idea but nice designs. Tumbler was great. Hoodie was thin but very warm and the design is beautiful. Shirt and pants were good quality. Everyone like their items. One pkg states delivered but I cant find. Will change to 5 star if the customer service turns out to be helpful. So far not so helpful. I have filed a claim with Ontrac and Paypal. Hopefully we can find a resolution. Picture of Delivery is not my house. Items were expensive so hopefully we can find a resolution With the help of the customer service I was able to track down the missing pkg. PJ's were to small and for the trouble of what happened they are reshipping a larger size with only paying for shipping. The Crocs just an FYI are not real Crocs and for the price they are a little cheap but they are cute and you cant find the designs anywhere else. True to size and still comfy. Maybe not as durable as real Crocs. I probably wouldn't purchase the Crocs again for the price. Clothing has been fantastic!! We will continue to order cloths from here and cups. Might try a few other items to.

Although it took a while to get to me, it was worth the wait. Super soft, good quality, really comfortable, sized accurately, and most important, love the design (Sloth). Have gotten a bunch of compliments from friends. The free tumbler and sweatshirt are icing on the cake! Communication via email was good too. Go ahead and order!

I loved everything about my experience. The only reason I’m giving a 4 instead of 5 is because the sizes run a little small and there’s not much wiggle room. Great product, arrived in a timely manner and was just as advertised. Next time I’ll get a size larger and it’ll be a complete 5 star!⭐️
