Amazing Service!

A&A safe lock review
I was not at home when everything was done but my mother was. I felt like their "window times" could have been much better as i stated i prefer someone in the evening time. I also did not like getting rushed by the locksmithas i was coming from work and having to get money to pay him.

Quickly indentifiied and corrected the problem... nice guy to also service the garage while he was here.
Quickly indentified the problem. I was sensor out of line. He provided annual serviced on the door. Oilig all cables, springs and rollers while he was there since origanal problem was such a easy fix. I appreciated him doing the service since the rerair only took two minutes. Good customer service ion his part. Thanks... will use your company again.

You have to stay on top of them
You have to stay on top of them. They don’t communicate very well. They did do the job , they came out to do, but the client had a problem the following day and they just wanted to push it back, like it was the clients fault. Instead of going there and making sure it wasn’t the locksmiths fault. Never heard a word what happened. Like I said ( communication breakdown).
