Security Breach by the company.
People buy locks for security that provides a certain amount of safety and piece of mind, however when you know that your security has been breached and the provider has no concern and do not take responsibility then they are not selling security. Is this false advertisement and fraud?

Did not try hard enough to remove the lock and change the cylinder:( Got charged for $70. The lock is still not fixed.

I know you’re in the business of making…
I know you’re in the business of making money, however it was strictly an oversight because it is just women pretty much running the daycare center. We didn’t know there was a screw to be tightened. To charge $160 for that I think it was ludicrous.

Thank you for your input. Our locksmith tightened and adjusted both your door closer and your lock cylinder and everything was working properly when we left. $160 is our minimum fee to provide licensed, trained, screened and insured technicians with the right tools and knowledge. We always establish this minimum price up front. I'm not sure where the miscommunication happened, but you door and lock are repaired and working properly. Lock and Doors A&A is a company who takes advantage of customers just to make a dollar. I am certain that Lock and Doors makes their revenue in manipulation and dishonesty to unsuspecting and potential consumers. I would dare not use this company ever again. They are a bad representation for services on consumer products.

Ms. Perkins, I'm sorry for any confusion about the service we provided for you. According to my records, we did exactly what we quoted to you in advance for a minimum fee of $160, that you approved. We did the repairs and charged you the quoted minimum of $160 and your garage door was operating properly when we left your home. Took about a month for someone to come out after I called in my problem.

Jordan, We apologize for the delay in getting to you. Our lead gate technician was injured and on leave during this time and the secondary technician was way behind because of that.
