I purchased 6 bypass closet doors from Doordiscounter.com in February 2025. Delivered with three defects out of the box: silicone globs around the glass inserts, what appears to be poly overspray on all glass panels, and cheap plastic guides that didn't match what was shown on their website. Their only response was to emphasize they hand-make their doors and blame everything on "natural properties of wood." Total deflection, zero accountability. Since then, my emails are ignored, my phone calls are put on hold until they time out, and a BBB complaint has produced nothing. Now the adhesive on the glass panels is failing — pulling the color off the doors with it. 13 months. Still unresolved. Buy elsewhere. UPDATE 7/27/26: The business recently replied to this review inviting me to contact them directly to resolve my case. I did so the same day — July 13 — and have heard nothing in two weeks. Their reply also accidentally included their AI prompt instructions alongside their canned response, which suggest to me that their customer outreach is careless and automated. I'd also like to underscore that the doors are now 15 months old and are deteriorating fast — the adhesive bonding the colored glass to the frames is failing on 3 doors, pulling the color coating off with it. These are $4,325 custom doors that look like cheap garbage.

I ordered sliding glass doors for an office from Omar who led me to believe made in Florida. I waited 8 weeks to get doors. I called several times and he said he will check with production. They were really on a ship from China.Very deceptive and dishonest glass arrived and Chinese supplier got the width wrong so did not fit. I was out $2500 . They push you to customer service Estefany who does nothing and takes no accountability I did not want product from China. They are an importer and distributor who pretends they manufacture in USA

Wrong color. The door is completely green, which does NOT match the picture on the website. During the checkout process, there is no option to "choose" the color of your door (green standard vs. white/frosted). This is buried in the legalese text, so that's complete BS. Also the door took 3 months to arrive, not 1. Completely unsatisfied, hope they go out of business.

After purchasing an etched glass shower panel for our Maui home they sent me a confirmation of the sale for $951.70 which stated FREE DELIVERY Great!! Within 24 hours I received an email indicating a new charge of $500 for shipping and then later it changed to a $900 charge for shipping cost. Alarmed by this I cancelled the order immediately. I sent numerous emails to their company and also to their facebook page messages . We also left a message on their store phone to make sure the cancelled order was addressed immediately. They admit they received my messages but now they won't give me a full refund. As of yesterday, they are charging a 3% cancellation fee. And then today they sent another email stating we owed a $50 fee for processing the glass. This is ridiculous! The amount owed to this company keeps changing and to say they have not been cooperative is an understatement. As a matter of fact the customer service associate (I.R.) hung up on us two times. What ever happened to the customer is always right? Buyer beware!
