The link on their website to cancel my order was non functional and there was no way to contact by phone. I e-mailed my cancellation request which they were able to take care of, but no phone or chat option left me feeling uneasy until I received a reply to my e-mail.

I got the wrong piece sent to me but they would not pay to return it. They told me I would have to pay to send it back to them but it was not what I ordered. Who does that?

Hi Carla! I am sorry you are feeling this way! Could you please let me know your order #? If you were shipped the incorrect item due to our mistake, we always cover shipping expenses in those cases. However, if the item you ordered was exactly what you received, then in that case you would have to pay to ship the item back to our returns department. Either way, let me see what I can do to help resolve this issue for you. Thank you and have a fantastic day! Door Closers USA Team

Ordering portion of website seems a bit glychy.Havenxt received the product so can't comment on either delivery or quality. Maybe you should giv e some thought to soliciting reviews sometime after the product is received by you r coustomer.
