I would never use door bird again. The door can just open by itseflf and i get my home open randomly the day or the night without a y explanation. Customer service is not reactive at all and did not hep us at all. It is just in crédible.

Doorbird bereits innerhalb 3 Jahren defekt, außerhalb der Garantie! Wir zahlen somit bereits nach 3 Jahren den Austausch der Hardware - nie mehr! Rate vom Kauf definitiv ab! Kundenservice extrem unfreundlich, unverschämt, ich bin schockiert!

Meine Türstation ist jetzt 4 Jahre alt. DoorBird IP Video Türstation D1101V Aufputz, Edelstahl V2A, gebürstet im Pfeiler vor einem EFH. DoorBird IP Video Innenstation A1101 steht in der Küche. Die Innenstation ist ca . 5 m vom Router entfernt. Das Innen-Ding verliert andauernd die Verbindung zum WLAN. Habe eine FtitzBox und schon einen Repeater zusätzlich zwischengeschaltet. Total unkomfortabel. Würde ich nie wieder anschaffen. Schrott!

Sehr enttäuschende Nachsicht: Im eh schon niedrigaufgelösten Bild werden nachts Objekte zu unscharfen, schwarzweißen Pixel-Clustern - Gesichter sind nicht mehr zu erkennen. Der großmaulig benannte 4D-Bewegungssensor löst - Tag und Nacht und egal mit welcher Einstellung - im Minutentakt falschen Alarm aus und ist somit vollkommen unbrauchbar. Für den Kundenservice völlig normal und kein Grund zur Reklamation. (Meine 40EUR-eufy-Cams sind hier um Welten besser!) Der Fingerabdrucksensor streikt bei geringster Feuchtigkeit (am Finger oder Sensor) und funktioniert regelmäßig erst nach mehreren Versuchen. Nie mehr wieder Doorbird!

Sehr enttäuschend. Unsere Doorbird D205 Gegensprechanlage zeigt nun bereits zum zweiten Mal die gleichen Haarrisse und Materialverformungen an der Kunststoffkappe, wie sie beim ersten Mal kurz vor dem Bruch aufgetreten sind. Ursache ist sehr wahrscheinlich die dauerhafte Sonneneinstrahlung. Hinter dieser Kappe sitzen Kamera und PIR-Bewegungssensor, also zentrale Komponenten des Geräts. Eine beschädigte Kappe beeinträchtigt nicht nur die Funktion, sondern kann auch zu Feuchtigkeitsschäden führen – genau das ist beim ersten Gerät passiert. Trotz klarer Hinweise möchte Doorbird mir nun zum dritten Mal dasselbe Gerät verkaufen, diesmal zum „Sonderpreis“ von rund 231 € (50 % des UVP von 462 €). Es handelt sich hier also nicht um einen Einzelfall, sondern offenbar um eine konstruktive Schwachstelle, die der Kunde alle paar Jahre selbst bezahlen soll. Für ein Produkt in dieser Preisklasse ist das völlig inakzeptabel. Ich erwarte Haltbarkeit, Kulanz und Kundendienst – nicht wiederholte kostenpflichtige Austauschaktionen wegen desselben Problems.

Hello . I’m a resident at 430 Hyde Street. San Francisco CA 94109 Can I just say from a renter’s prospective this is absolutely the worst piece of equipment anyone could ever install onto their home. I was thinking of including the property management company whom does not allow me access to the security system. But… I called set up set an appointment to view this beautiful spacious apartment in the heart of the Tenderloin area of San Francisco CA. As I waited to be let into the building the first amenity that was pointed out was the DoorBird “top of the line” secured entry system. The security system is so advanced there’s no need for a doorman. Which was why the rent was also priced adequately. Convenience allowing guest in, with the push of app that can be installed onto any cellular device. Move in time came and when it came to explaining how the entry system operated I was asked to download the app. Afterwords asked to handover my cellular device and 2 mins later. Told how to let people in. My previous building used the butterfly system and I was impressed with the butterfly so I knew the security features a system like this can offer! And they’re amazing. Until I realized , I wasn’t in control of my acct. I couldn’t just add the app to my tablet, computer or iPod! I also was blocked from History . Since I didn’t have history access or camera access to the from the intercom. Instead of panicking I removed the app and went for a second install. And that’s when I realized It wasn’t my account I was using. So I called up the property management company and after I was told I could use a code for entry I said , See You Next Tuesday! But I’m not upset with the property management company it’s the DoorBird that Im mad at, For Im a resident, and shouldn’t I be registered to this modern piece of electronic equipment. Which should also be pink to the police department? I’m not registered but my apartment number is. Which has me thinking can anyone call the police dept or the DoorBird who has their name next to my address on any envelope just let in? Considering I had the butterfly system and if your able to prove your identity with the SALTO your allowed remote entry. Because the home office can access any intercom device remotely. The SALTO over sees the butterfly. Making the butterfly secure unlike the DoorBird But the DoorBird people referred me back to the person whom I just said See You Next Tuesday too. I explained I had a tension with the property management company. Then Informed them it’s the history I was most concerned about not having access too. As well not getting an account of my own. Saying the DoorBird is being abused or misused and still nothing the DoorBird office could do for me. So now I’m still here in danger. But what upsets me more then the property management abusing the DoorBird is not being registered by DoorBird. And DoorBird being aware of the property management not properly using there equipment. AS THE RESIDENT, YOUR FORCED TO COMPLY EVEN IF YOUR CORRECT. I can’t fight back nor am I allowing too. And nothing more. If they added SALTO to their DoorBird maybe someone at DoorBird would care for the residents who use their secured entry system . As opposed to assisting in a crime like package theft, or added work to the delivery people or making identity theft even easier. I suggest don’t use the DOORBIRD or if your a resident think twice & ask if you can control your own DoorBird Acct.

FINGER WEG!! Haben uns wegen der vom Anbieter versprochenen Qualität für Doorbird entschieden, wurden aber herb enttäuscht. Wir haben das Gerät nun seit knapp über 2 Jahren und mussten es einmal noch in Garantie austauschen lassen, weil sie defekt war. Jetzt trat wieder ein Defekt auf, natürlich knapp nach Ablauf der Gewährleistung. Auf Anfrage bei dem Unternehmen würden sie 50%Nachlass auf einen Austausch geben. NICHT bei diesem Preis! Ich zahle nicht schon wieder eine horrende Summe und darf dann 1 Jahr später wieder ein neues Gerät um mehrere tausend Euro kaufen.

Hab mir die DoorBird Ende September 2022 für fast 1000€ gekauft, extra Kabel verlegt und in mein Haus eingebaut. Vor ein paar Tagen ist Sie kaputt gegangen und bekommt keine Verbindung mehr zum Netzwerk. Die einzige Antwort vom Kundenservice ist, dass ich Ersatzteile für 350€ zu kaufen soll. Von so einem Produkt, das für die Lebenszeit eines Einfamilienhauses konzipiert sein sollte, erwarte ich das es länger als 2,5 Jahre hält und nicht kurz nach Ablauf der Garantie kaputt geht. Bis dato war ich sehr zufrieden mit der Funktionalität, aber die Qualität und die Reaktion des Kundenservice hat mich da leider eines besseren belehrt.
