Hello Alex Thank you for your feedback. I apologize for the your experience trying to contact us. We work hard to try to answer all of our calls. There is two numbers 305-815-8818 and 786-797-4680. Texting the first number is also a good way of making sure we get back to you promptly. Happy New Year!

Hello Mark, I'd like to thank you for your positive review and for taking the time to provide a feedback. I'm sorry to hear about the incident with your wooden deck. We always try to leave the area just as clean as we found it. I always tell my employees how important that is. There is also been instances where is not the chef's fault but rather the guests (I am not saying this is the case here.) I will talk again to all my cooks about this and I will make sure it doesn't happen again. Thank you so much for sharing your experience as it helps us improve our services everyday. Hi Angie, Thank you so much for your positive feedback and for using our services. I see that you were not satisfied with the bartender. The bartenders that we hire are all experienced. Would you please provide me with a bit more detail as to why you were not 100% happy with his/her service? I will make sure that I correct the issue. It was a pleasure to cater your event. Again I really appreciate you taking the time an leaving a review. Youry Tundidor - Owner Don Paella Catering
