Hello Manuel, I'd like to say that is very unfortunate that you are so dissatisfied with our food. We train our cook to never over season the food and to always be careful with the amount of salt. We've never received a complain regarding Migdalia (The chef that cooked at your event) but rest assure that I will talk to her about this incident. I hope you give us another chance in the future. Hello Manny, We do not like to see any unhappy customers. But in all honesty I think your review is not fair. You ordered a "Paella Real" and it states clearly in the description on our website and on the invoice that I sent you that it doesn't have chicken and/or sausage. Therefore that is what we served at your event. I offered to give you a $50.00 discount because you were not satisfied. We sincerely feel your frustration if your were expecting those ingredients but here is a copy of what the invoice and the website describes as the paella you ordered. ""PAELLA REAL - Seafood paella with shrimp, scallops, fish, calamari, clams, and lobster tails, garnished with roasted red bell peppers and green peas (The amount of lobster used in this paella is one halved tail for every guest."" We would love to make things your way and gain you back as a customer if you allows to do so. I will offer you a reasonable discount on your next purchase.
