All doner contacts in one spot!
This is an extremely important tool for our organization. Each of our contacts and donors information is organized and easily shared with each of our staff.

Goo System to Work With
Donor Perfect is the only donor system I have ever worked with, so I can only go off of that experience. I enjoy using the system. It is (mostly) user friendly. The support team is always willing to answer questions and are very prompt with their responses. They are always updating different aspects of the system to make things better.

Not perfect, but pretty great
No database is perfect, but DonorPerfect is pretty great! The customer service is responsive and actually helpful, you're able to customize pretty easily, and all for a very reasonable price. I do have to knock off a star just because you can't have household records. We've worked around it, but it would certainly be helpful.

User Friendly!
The Donor Perfect platform is very user friendly! Donor information is easily extracted for reporting and analysis and if you get in a bind, the tech support is top notch.

Great Customer Support!
I could not be happier with Donor Perfect. We are a small organization and don’t use it everyday. One of the things I appreciate most is the excellent support team. Webinars are very helpful to overview a process, but sometimes when it comes to doing it, you just need a little reminder. Calling the 800 number gets the job done, and then they follow up with an email to remind you of all the steps you took to solve your issue. That is super helpful!

Best Donation Tracking Tool
Donor Perfect is the best way to track donations! It has simplified our donation tracking process and is a great tool to use for events too.

DonorPerfect is an easy-to-use and powerful platform
Been using DonorPerfect Online since 2014.... It's interface is easy and the team continuously updates the platform with new features and improvements that make inputting data and pulling out reports smoother and smoother. Representatives are always helpful and friendly, and if they don't have an answer, they are not afraid to admit and check with other departments to resolve the issue.
