I was enrolled in the 2 day intermediate course. I found the course to be beneficial however I thought there would be more people that were actually currently using Donor Perfect. Most attendees had Database experience but were just transitioning into Donor Perfect. I was hoping to delve into more advanced learning and how to resolve some current issues I am having. I also felt the instructor moved through some topics too quickly.

It's quite self explanatory in terms of navigating the software but if you do happen to get in some sort of bind, DP has support you can call and get real time results! It allows for customizing tax receipt letters. The Dashboard is a great way to quickly see what is happening currently and the community resources are valuable to help us learn new features or how to perform certain functions or generate specific reports.
