I truly appreciate all that DonorPerfect does to help their community. The constant updates, surveys asking for feedback, and resources to help with all sorts of things (Giving Tuesday, coronavirus, etc.) are so helpful to me and my organization. This score is really more of a 4.5, but I can't give a full 5 stars because there are some things that I'm not a huge fan of, namely some of the updates to reports we use all the time. This is partially due to my dislike of change, but I think it would be nice to keep a Classic or Traditional version of often-used reports for those of us who are having issues with the new versions. For example, the new Daily Log report has been a huge problem for me and all the Excel spreadsheets I've created with this report since it was updated have errors on them. I don't know how to fix the problem and others who also use the reports I run for them have issues, too. It's not a HUGE deal, but it would just be nice to have the option to not always use the updated versions of things. But overall, we are very pleased with DonorPerfect!!

Donor Perfect is easy to use and great for keeping all our donor system together.

It is really helpful as a board member to be able to help staff do things like change addresses, add donors, etc. I'm not sure if an email is sent through a mail merge using DP that it gets automatically recorded as a contact. Because you don't want LOTS of people accessing ALL the info, maybe a short webinar on how to put in contacts for board members in order to track stewardship would be good. It would be nice if when using Constant Contact it would record that email as a contact automatically. It would be more helpful to have the same format for an organization as for a person. Just add an extra line for an organization and check that box if you want. For small communities like ours, most businesses are mom and pops so sorting alphabetically by name (owner) would be better in some cases. I know we aren't using it to its capacity because the learning curve is always bigger than one thinks and we have limited staff time to do this.

I have been using DonorPerfect for 10 years now on different platforms. They continue doing upgrades for the times. They have great support and sales. I would highly recommend them for your donor database and more!

Very robust and easy to use software for Donor tracking. We have been using it since 2013 and couldn't be happier.

The Best! Donor Perfect is a wonderful CRM. It offers everything we need for gift entry, reporting tools, Quickbooks integration, monthly giving, CC processing, constant contact, giving campaign pages, and more. Customer service and help chat are excellent as well. The updates to the site are always well thought out and they walk you through any changes. The Knowledgebase and Suggest & Vote sections are great and show that the company really listens to our ideas.

Certainly appreciated the webinar and information regarding new and innovative way to communicate with donors during this unusual and historic health crisis. Several great ideas were shared and it was so helpful to hear not only from other Donor Perfect users but also the Donor Perfect staff had some great ideas as well. It always amazes me that the customer service, training, and coaching that we receive from Donor Perfect is always the best. Thank you!

DonorPerfect is awesome! We get our receipts out much faster. Our recurring monthly donations have increased, because of the better receipts and personalization of our donor letters.
