Their merchant account, which runs on their servers, is now forcing anyone who uses their merchant services to run on a PCI server. You know how much that costs?! Better budget more than they tell you upfront because this hidden cost is going to kill you.

Patience and Understanding Tom Kelly was very patient as we walked through the procurement process. He took the time to explain to everyone and listened to all of our questions.

The underwriting department is alarmingly subpar, lacking the thoroughness and diligence expected in such a critical function. Their operations feel more like basic credit card processing masquerading as a sophisticated CRM, offering little value beyond surface-level functionality. This inefficiency led to a complete communication breakdown, causing significant delays, lost productivity, and missed revenue opportunities. The disjointed processes and lack of accountability underscore the systemic flaws within their approach. EDIT: Unfortunately, DonorPerfect cannot discuss the circumstances of my denial. Translation: their social media or customer relations team has no real answer to provide. While I’m not particularly concerned about the denial itself. I’ve already moved on to a more reliable service; the lack of transparency and accountability speaks volumes. If you’re looking for clarity and responsiveness in a donor management platform, you might want to look elsewhere. Good luck.
