I donated to a non-profit; my intention was to make a one-time donation, but when I looked at the emailed receipt, it listed me as a monthly donor. I replied to the email explaining the problem - which was quite likely due to a mistake of mine. I quickly got a reply that changed my status, and that was followed up with a screen shot showing that my status had been changed to what I had intended it to be. Well done - quickly and effectively, with bonus points for taking the extra step to show me that it had been changed.

I had a problem donating because of my postal code, but when i asked for help and advice they responded quickly and we managed to fix the issue. There's honestly nothing else to say about the service other than how great and helpful they are!
