-> I am a new DB customer ....I asked a lot of questions to DB at first - new customer. I did receive one great DB customer service rep call. I called back DB with follow-up questions only to be told there is no more customer service over the telephone - only through emails. So I emailed ...and received no DB responses....I am currently being censored by TRUSTPILOT ...I cannot express my views since TRUSTPILOT has warned me they will cancel my account ...so I am being forced against my will to retract my statements under duress. Good luck with Donorbox.

Used the free version for a short amount of time, found it hard to navigate and not very user friendly. Limited support for free users too. Also was concerned that they do not have any values about who they support. They support questionable people, so I was worried that using them would affect how people view the values of the group I organisation I work with.
