I use Donorbox to subscribe a magazine from the Anthonian Association. I needed to change the delivery address and there was not a place in the Donorbox web site to do that and there was not a place in the magazine web site to do that. I found a phone number or link for a call in the Donobox site and used it to talk to an assistant. The assistant said they do not normally do that that because it is up to the magazine itself but she volunteered to do it. She did it and I was immensely pleased for her positive attitude.
