I don't trust donorbox because in my personal experience I know a dangerous violent criminal who is utilizing it as he's under investigation for felonious assaults he 100% committed! If he's on it clearly anyone can be on it! I'm not going to listen to the random people leaving good reviews who WANT money lol! I'm going to listen to all the 1Star reviewers because they explain their own Actual bad experiences and don't want anything from me!

Terrible company! I know of an actual abuser and fraud they let operate on this site! He had more than one accuser over the years and wants nothing but tax free handouts! I wouldn't trust Any site which allows that creep on it!

I’m writing this review to state that DonorBox needs to change their billing and subscription practices. As a new subscriber, I would have preferred to choose a trial offer but none was available. Then twice I was charged $139.00 without using the service! Egregious and unacceptable!

I tried to donate to a trusted friend and received a 404 error message. When I called them, the account had been shut down by Donorbox, but the wouldn't give a reason. It seems that they support scammers and shut down legitimate organizations! I checked their positive reviews on other sites, but most were incentivized.

Had an issue with money taken from my bank account which I thought were failed transactions. The system is not user friendly and I will not use again.

They are STILL allowing TWO accounts belonging to a network of NINE fake @X cat rescue accounts to remain open despite being shown clear evidence that they are copying content from several genuine rescues back in February. Donorbox are the payment platform of choice for fake animal rescue accounts on X.

Avoid like the plague! You can see for yourself everyone calls this the site of scammers and fraudsters! It's come to my attention that a reported predator and assaulter of women is now using donorbox to get donations because he couldn't get a real job and is playing mr. nice guy now. Pathetic!
