Thankfully my doll (Phoebe elf TPE, 4'3"), arrived in perfect condition. She's even more stunning in person than the posted photos of this Piper model. Her face is a perfect 10, and her body proportions are extremely realistic and alluring. Overall, I'm entirely satisfied with my purchase through 'Done With Women', who were always quick to respond to my enquiries during the delivery process.

Having navigated the complex waters of purchasing a product as intimate as a sex doll, I've encountered my fair share of challenges. Before discovering Donewithwomen.com, my experiences with multiple vendors were, quite frankly, disheartening. Misinformation, lack of customer support, and subpar product quality were the norm. I was astonished because I was getting all the recommendations I could from the doll community. However, my experience with Donewithwomen.com felt like a breath of fresh air and set a new gold standard. Both times, I've been met with a level of responsiveness that's unparalleled. The Donewithwomen.com team treated my query, big or small, with respect and patience. Their willingness to engage and help has made both purchases smooth and informed. I've been a satisfied customer twice now, and I can confidently say there's no comparison to other vendors. Look no further if you're in the market for a high-quality product backed by a company that genuinely values its customers.

This is a great company. I knew very little about sex dolls, and I had very poor experiences trying to get help from a few sites. I either didn’t get a respond, or they weren’t thorough with their response. When I found this site, they were answered all of my questions, and they helped me find what I was looking for. I ended up choosing the WM doll 166 cm C cup doll. Felt realistic, and I get to ride in the carpool lane hahaha. Now I am looking at either the Piper Jenna or Starpery Sarah. They have a lot of choices, it it’s hard to pick which one to purchase.

They were very helpful and quick to respond. The customer service I was given was great. I had a problem with my order, not due to the company but from one of the manufacturers, and management was swift in helping me to resolve the problem.

Thank you for supporting our business and we appreciate the patience while we got the situation handled for you. We hope that experience with the manufacturer doesn't prevent you from considering them in the future as well as it did not properly reflect the quality they put into their products 99.99% of the time We have never experienced that from the factory and we are happy we were able to immediately resolve the issue for you. Thanks again for being a great patreon of our business and we look forward to serving you again in the future!

From the moment I made my purchase I’ve had nothing short of excellent customer service experience. The team at Done With Woman has shined every time, from the first doll I purchased to my recent one. They are a great bunch of people, especially Joe who has treated me simply more than just a customer and made me feel comfortable and at ease as well as offer great advice. As for the doll I ordered, she came perfectly wrapped and well protected, I couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out. I would recommended to anyone who’s thinking about getting a love doll to invest in Done With Women, they cannot go wrong at all. I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical on my first one, but all that went away when the team there engaged started to engage me and helped ease my mind. I truthfully have never had such great customer service even from face to face service. I know I’m not supposed to use names but Joe and Mike deserve more than to be referred to anonymously, they were key in my decision to purchase a second time. They treated me like a real person so I think it’s only fair I do the same. The only thing I can suggest is to take another look the shipping company. There were a few changes in the delivery schedule, nothing that’s really negative or unreasonable given the state of current situation but, if you’re paying for expedited service you may not be getting quite what you paid for. I’m not sure if it’s required or not but both deliveries did not require my signature which surprised me as this is a expensive investment, on both our ends. Thanks again to everyone for all the support and advice.

It was a pleasure serving you as well! Thank you for the compliments. We all were thrilled that you liked the products as we do our best to curate and validate what are the best products out there that bring the best value. We apologize for the shipping, since the start of COVID19 many delays have occurred with FedEx and UPS, including shipping increases that caused most shipments to shift to UPS due to rising costs. Because of COVID19, the FedEx and UPS have shifted their signature delivery guidelines for the safety of the customers and employees. Only recently has the FedEx resumed signature deliveries as of June 28, 2021 but still have the policies in place for international deliveries due to the ongoing fight globally against COVID19. We apologize for the inconvenience as it is not something we could address directly. We will however start recommending that if customers want packages to be signed that we will recommend having them contact their local delivery center to request holding their package. This will be very beneficial to customers who want more security to verify their identity when they go to pick up their package. We believe it will be a good optional temporary solution while the international signature required policies are put back into place. Thank you again for your support of our business!

I bought with hesitation from this store... but I ended up doing it anyway. My doll came in perfect with everything exactly as I ordered. Prices are good it's easy to shop. Best part was the service, they made it clear what I was getting, and I got the best advice / service. In the past I bought direct and from other retailers and both were a disaster. This place really cares about taking care of you. They are now my preferred place to buy.

Thank you for your support! Since our inception, we have always been about bringing our customers the best information and providing the best service there is in this industry. While so much care is taken when making purchases in industries such as luxury retail, and reputable furniture companies who sell goods at a similar price point, we felt there was a lack of good support and great service in this doll business. We do hope to have you as a lifelong customer and we appreciate you for leaving an honest and complimentary review. We will do our best to continue paying it forward to all of our customers. Thank you!
