Great communication and professionalism. Prompt response and updates. 10/10.

Communication was excellent on the customers service part and the staff was very friendly and kept me posted/ updated through the whole process from start to finish hands down it was a great experience!!!

Once again a great product! Detail is amazing! I don't like the eye balls not being round though. They are harder to position. And a little concerned about the dimples that occurs on the skin. What can I do for that? But it's an amazing product!

Great and honest company. Talk to them before you order and they will make sure your satisfied.

The service was great as was the doll.

These guys are great. They respond to emails quickly and they are honest. You can't ask for more.

Thankfully my doll (Phoebe elf TPE, 4'3"), arrived in perfect condition. She's even more stunning in person than the posted photos of this Piper model. Her face is a perfect 10, and her body proportions are extremely realistic and alluring. Overall, I'm entirely satisfied with my purchase through 'Done With Women', who were always quick to respond to my enquiries during the delivery process.

good communication with frequent updates, fast shipping, happy to buy from them!
